We provide a range of personal care, emotional/practical support and essential domestic support services for adults living in their own homes or the community who are unable to carry out these tasks for themselves due to age of physical illness. While the nature of service provided to each individual varies, the following are examples of the services we offer.

Personal care encompasses those areas of physical and medical care that most people carry out for themselves but which some are unable to do because of age, disability or medical need.

Complex

We provide complex care looking after people who need care and support with long term and intensive needs. We work closely with other agencies and families to provide the highest quality of care and support.

Rehabilitation Care

Discharge from hospital can be a daunting experience.

Our staff are trained to help you with those tasks that you cannot do when you are still tender from hospital. This will give you a chance to heal, rehabilitate and recuperate with no strain. Relief Staff Providing care to enable a much-needed break for personal or family carer. Caring for a family member or close friend can take its toll and put a strain on your life and relationships. Enjoy a much-needed break with our worry-free care.

Respite Care

We are able to facilitate and promote different types of replacement care in the following ways;

  • Using Day centres 
  • Promoting care at home
  • Arranging holidays or short breaks
  • Facilitating carers' emergency replacement care.
